The editor behind the films

Home / About

Since 2007

Hello, I’m Milo Hart

I started Notchcut Video Works with a secondhand camera and a stubborn belief: small crews make more honest films. Eighteen years and 523 productions later, that is still how we work — lean teams, cinema cameras, and edits that respect the viewer’s time.

Today the studio covers company profiles, weddings, brand commercials and live events across the country, with post-production handled entirely in-house so nothing gets lost between the shoot and the final grade.

“Every frame should earn its place. We plan hard, shoot calmly and edit ruthlessly, so the final film feels effortless.”

How We Work

Small crew, sharp process

1

Plan

A working session to lock the story, the shot list and the schedule — you approve everything before we roll.

2

Shoot

A calm, compact crew on cinema cameras with pro audio and light. Most shoots wrap in one to two days.

3

Deliver

Edit, grade, licensed music and two revision rounds — finished files for web, social and broadcast.
